Having spent the last 30 years working with tea, I believe that each occasion has its own perfect blend of tea but paired correctly with the right chocolate can unlock a combination of flavours that really excite the tastebuds.
Like chocolate, tea has huge spectrum of flavours and pairing two of the nations most enjoyed ingredients creates a feast for the taste buds. I am delighted to have worked closely with the Lindt Master Chocolatier to construct these unique pairings, so that everyone can enjoy finding their perfect Lindt EXCELLENCE chocolate and tea match.

As a wine expert, I hope to inspire people to discover and enjoy flavours from all around the world. I also have a passion for chocolate. The intricacies and complexities in both just thrill me but, bring them together and you've reached a whole other dimension!
For me, one of the most fascinating things about the worlds of wine and chocolate is the range of intensities from the most delicate right through to the really intense. Both have an incredible variety of flavours and when the right wine is matched with the right chocolate, you will see what a wonderful pair they make.

As an expert Barista and consultant to the Coffee, Restaurant and Cafe trade, I have travelled the world gathering knowledge on coffee and have used this expertise to recommend the perfect bean and type of coffee to try with each variety of Lindt Excellence.
